We need 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

We are primarily an online store. BUT we know how important it is to be able to see and feel fabric in person, so occasionally we open up the studio for an in-person pop-up! Subscribe to our newsletter or keep an eye out on Instagram for pop-up announcements. We can also open by appointment (say, for example, if you're coming in from out of town, or just can't make our pop-up hours). Email hello@themakersprintshop.ca to set up an appointment. We're located in downtown Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

We ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside of Canada.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on any printed materials. For any other items, we offer a store credit. We are a small (tiny!) business and appreciate the support so much!

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.

Pick-up is available by appointment at our downtown Guelph studio at 121 Wyndham St N, Unit 201, Guelph, N1H 4E9. Pick-up times can be arranged by getting in touch via our Contact Us form.
