What are your hours?
We are primarily an online store, but we will be trialing holding open hours for in-person shopping in 2026.
Our hours are:
Fridays 12pm to 6pm
Saturdays 10am to 3pm

Where are you located?
We are located at 121 Wyndham St. North, Unit 201, Guelph, Ontario, N1H 4E9.
To get to our shop:
***There is no exterior signage for our shop at the moment, so please follow these instructions:***
- The entrance to our shop is between Art Not Shame and Scott Coburn Optical.
- We are on the SECOND floor (no elevator).
- The code to enter the building from street level is 01210.
- Once you're in at street level, come up the stairs, and we're the first door on the right. Our internal shop door is clearly labeled as The Maker's Print Shop.
- The store is open Fridays and Saturdays from 10am until 3pm. If you come on another day we will NOT be there.
Ordering
When will my order ship?
We need 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
Is your store online or in-person?
We are primarily an online store BUT we know how important it is to be able to see and feel fabric in person.
For the remainder of January and all of February 2026, we will be trialing opening the shop for in-person shopping every Friday and Saturday, 10am until 3pm.
We can also open by appointment (say, for example, if you're coming in from out of town, or just can't make our hours). Email hello@themakersprintshop.ca to set up an appointment.
We're located in downtown Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside of Canada.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on any printed materials. For any other items, we offer a store credit. We are a small (tiny!) business and appreciate the support so much!
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
Local Pick-up Options
Where can I pick up my order?
Pick-up is available by appointment at our downtown Guelph studio at 121 Wyndham St N, Unit 201, Guelph, N1H 4E9. Pick-up times can be arranged by getting in touch via our Contact Us form.
