We are currently closed while we move shop! Closed Aug 29th to Sept 9th.
September 10th we re-open for in-person shopping with new hours:
Thurs 10am - 5pm
Fri 10am - 5pm

Ordering
When will my order ship?
We need 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
Is your store online or in-person?
Both! We're open 24/7 online, and Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 10am until 5pm.
We're located in downtown Guelph, Ontario, Canada. See "Where are you located?" for detailed directions.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Canada and the U.S. Please use our contact form if you'd like to get in touch about an International Shipment.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on any printed materials or cut fabric. For any other items, we offer a store credit. We are a small (tiny!) business and appreciate the support so much!
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page or email us at hello@themakersprintshop.ca
