Treasure Trove Handwoven Cotton Check

A buttery yellow cotton with a dusty blue check woven through. Handwoven with Kala cotton.

This cloth would make beautiful skirts, dresses tops and shirts. It would also be suitable for lightweight curtains.

• Indian handlooms are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave due to their handmade nature, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
• For the first couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum with a handful of table salt. This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
• Wash at 30 or 40 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble dry.
